A manual light or dark theme choice is stored locally for 180 days under axonedge-theme-v1. Without a manual choice, the appearance follows your system setting and no theme preference is stored. This choice is not sent to a server. “Delete saved preferences” also removes the saved theme.

Data and purposes
The form collects an email address and message, and optionally a first name and company or institution. We also process the selected topic and subsequent correspondence. We use these data to respond to enquiries and establish cooperation needs.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence, including contact with company and institutional representatives. If you are personally a prospective party to a contract and request steps before entering into it, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Contact does not mean consent to newsletters or marketing.
Technical connection data, such as IP address, request time and browser information, may be processed by hosting infrastructure to deliver the site, ensure security and prevent abuse — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load only after you consent to analytics. We do not use correspondence for automated decision-making or profiling.
Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary. An email address and message are needed to use the form; without them an enquiry cannot be submitted. You can instead send an email using your own mail application. Do not send special-category personal data, operator data or confidential datasets.
Recipients and providers
Access is limited to people authorised to handle correspondence and providers of hosting, email and form processing, as needed to provide those services. The form sends data to Formspree, Inc., a US provider, only on submission. It does not load an external script or embedded form while you browse.

Transfers outside the EEA
Formspree's handling of the form may involve transferring data to the USA. Formspree states that it uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a processor; the description is on its security page. Contact the controller for information about applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy. We do not claim that data is stored exclusively in the European Union.
Retention
We keep correspondence for the time needed to handle the enquiry and establish its outcome. If it leads to cooperation, further retention depends on its duration and documentation obligations. Data needed to establish, exercise or defend claims is kept until the applicable limitation period expires; legally required documentation is kept for the statutory period. Technical data is retained for the time needed to operate and secure the infrastructure.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its conditions are met, particularly for automated processing based on a contract or consent. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Contact form terms
The service provider is the AxonEdge Technology company identified above. The form allows you to send an enquiry free of charge. It requires an internet connection and a browser supporting HTTPS and HTML forms; JavaScript enables confirmation without navigating to the provider's page. Use starts when the form is opened and ends when the enquiry is submitted or you leave the site. Sending an enquiry does not constitute a product contract or a purchase commitment.
Do not send unlawful content, spam, special-category personal data or third-party data without an appropriate basis. Complaints about the form can be sent to contact@axonedge-technology.com, describing the issue and providing a reply address. We respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint. Statutory requirements take precedence over this description.
Browser settings and policy changes
Local preference storage is described in our cookie policy. We update this policy when processing scope or providers change.
Website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure visits, navigation to products and contact form submissions. We do not send names, email addresses, company names or message content to analytics. Google may process browser identifiers and information about your device, visited pages and connection.
Analytics is optional. You can withdraw consent using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal disables the tags and removes analytics cookies accessible to the site.
